  • Registration:
    • All registrations are subject to availability and approval by the Insigghts India Team.
    • Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • Payment:
    • Payment is due at the time mentioned in the invoice raised.
    • Late payments may result in the cancellation of registration.
  • Cancellation and Refund:
    • Refer to the “Cancellation and Refund Policy” section for details.
  • Substitution & Transfers
    • Substitutions are allowed if communicated in writing at least two weeks (14-days) before the event.
  • Event Changes or Cancellation:
    • Insigghts India reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue. In the event of cancellation, refer to the cancellation and refund policy.
  • Attendee Conduct:
    • All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the event.
    • Insigghts India reserves the right to remove any attendee disrupting the event without refund.
  • Intellectual Property:
    • All event materials, including presentations and handouts, are the intellectual property of Insigghts India and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
  • Privacy Policy:
    • Attendee information collected during registration will be used for event-related communication and may be shared with event sponsors.
    • Refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data protection.
  • Liability:
    • Insigghts India is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the event.
    • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Force Majeure:
    • Insigghts India is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, and other unforeseen events.
    • By registering for our conference, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
