Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All registration fees are non-refundable.
- Transferability:
While registration fees are non-refundable, we understand that circumstances can change. As a courtesy, we offer the option to transfer your delegate pass to another person if you are unable to attend the conference.
- Transfer Guidelines:
To transfer your delegate pass, please notify us in writing via email at least Two weeks before the event start date. Provide the full name, designation, contact number and email address details of the person to whom you wish to transfer your pass.
- Event Exchange:
In addition to transferability, if you are unable to attend, you may have the option to exchange your delegate pass for a delegate pass to another event organised by Insights India. Please contact us for details regarding available events and exchange options.
- Force Majeure:
In the event that the event/conference cannot be held or is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. Your registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, your registration fees may be eligible for transfer to another event organised by Insigghts India, subject to our discretion.
